Have been using Pro Theme for several years. It just crashed and is giving an error message. Had my host reset it and any time I reactivate it, it crashes. Please advise.

Very sorry to hear that, can you please share the URL where you have faced this problem? Also can you please explain how the issue occurs, so we can replicate the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have checked your Themeco Account and found a site that has Critical Errors, if you are referring to that site, please check and restore the last working backup by asking your Hosting Service provider, please copy your live site to a staging server to update the Pro to its latest version without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Upon checking your website, you’ve installed a very outdated Pro 2.5.5 while our current version of Pro is 6.5.14. With that said, you need to download the latest version of Pro from your dashboard and replace the old one.
