Pro theme side header transparent header style does not work

Hello,

I am attaching photos with my problem.

Problem is:
In Pro theme header editor I am trying to make a transparent side header, where all bar is transparent except for navigation element, which is white. In header editor it looks alright, but when I launch a website not in editor, side header is in white color, not tranparent.

I believe it is not cache problem because I have tried clearing cache multiple times.
