PRO Theme shortcodes {!{ instead of [

I have read the forum and triedto insert the shortcodes for TOOLSET plugin on a text area. But the shortcodes that TOOLSET provide are {!{blabla}!} instead of [blabla] so I can’t use them at the PRO editor.
They work if i use WP bakery but i’m trying to display User image at sidebar menu and can’t use bakery editor.

Is there a way to make this shortcodes work?

Thanks for posting in! Please do not use text element. If you want to insert shortcodes or Toolset codes, you can insert it in a content area element instead.

I tried with the content element, both with and without span tags and shortcode isn’t triggered, {!{wpv-user field=‘profile_picture’ size=‘120’}!} is shown as plain text
