PRO Theme Revisions problems

Hello there,

I am having trouble with my PRO theme, i tried restoring a revision and my site is all messed up. What do i do?

Hi Filip,

Can you provide us your site url so we can take a closer look.

If you have cache plugin installed, please try to clear your plugin cache and browser cache then check again.

Hi Filip,

What sort of trouble you have with the version you installed that made you restore to an older version? I would highly recommend that you update to the latest version instead. Pro 2.5. is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m talking about page revisions, not rolling back the theme to a previous version.

I made some changes on the page that i i didn’t like and wanted to switch back to a previous revision of the page.

That being said i can also see that the site is not responsive anymore. I have no idea what is going on…

The page revisions may not work or not yet working in the current version that is installed in your site. I would recommend that you get your Pro Theme updated. Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 2.5.5

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
