Pro theme not validated

Hi,

I have an unlimited Pro license, and I’ve applied it recently (in the last week) to two new sites, yet both are showing " Your license of Pro is “not validated” on the backend even though they are showing up on my Themeco account. I’ve searched this topic in the forum but haven’t found a solution.

Additionally, I’m getting a 404 error on the second site when I try opening Cornerstone (this didn’t happen on the other site).

Logins attached, hoping you can help.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and found that your site is not validated yet with the license, I have checked with the license, and now your site is validated. Also, the permalink was not set to %postname% which is the reason behind your 404 error is now working fine too.

Hi there,

I see that one of the sites is validated but the other one (arcunliffe.co.za) is not. Please can you assist?

Hi @muriel,

I have checked the site before and can remember that it was validated. Still, I have checked and added the license again and now it is validated.
