Pro theme not correct loaded (Instruction mail "WordPress 6.2 Issue — Read Before Updating" not working)

Hi
I have the following error when loading the website
https://feelingmeanshealing.com/

**Catchable fatal error** : Argument 1 passed to Themeco\Cornerstone\Services\Config::__construct() must be an instance of Themeco\Cornerstone\Plugin, null given, called in /home/feelingm/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php on line 70 and defined in **/home/feelingm/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/Services/Config.php** on line **11**

I did receive your mail “WordPress 6.2 Issue — Read Before Updating”

Hi Ercole,

WordPress made a core change in version 6.2 that caused an infinite loop in X and Pro. We have fixed the issue in X 10.1.10 and Pro 6.1.10. If possible, please do not update to WordPress 6.2 until you are on these versions. Unfortunately it appears WordPress has changed their *default setting* to auto update to the latest versions (generally, never a good idea). You can change this in your WordPress settings.

If you are already on WordPress 6.2 and having trouble accessing your site, please remove the X/Pro folder, download the latest version from your Themeco dashboard, and then re-upload and change your theme back to X/Pro. If you wish to manually fix the issue you can add `return;` to line 194 of `framework/legacy/functions/plugins/cornerstone.php.`

I followed the instruction on the mail however it worked for other of my sites, I can’t fix this site with the instruction above.

I have tried the following without success:

  • In the filemanager, remove the pro map from the file manger, upload the new pro version 6.1.10 and extract it (see screenshot) -> no result

  • Restore the site from last week -> the auto update was faster then I can change the theme -> no result

  • Change the theme in cPanel see screenshot, -> no result

Pleas advise me what to do. I can give you the credentials to take a look.

Best regards Ercole

Hello @Ercole,

The latest Pro theme 6.1.10 may not work in your WordPress installation because you may have an older PHP version.

Please deactivate the Pro theme so that we can log in to your WP Admin panel to check it. Meanwhile, you can also go to Tools > Site Health > Status and check for any performance issues. It may need to be resolved first. You can check out your server details in Tools > Site Health > Info > Server.

Best Regards.

Thanks Ruenel!

I updated the PHP version and deleted the PRO theme and add it again.
Now it works!

Many thanks!
Regards Ercole

You are most welcome, @Ercole.
