Pro theme has problem with actuall menu assignment

when i put new menu items in the menu they do not appear.
yesterday it functions normal.

i checked that the right menu is assigned.
i deleted cache mulitbel times.

sometimes it is this way that is works with a site witch i addeded in cornerstone and safed it. but only on this page. i can not safe every page new when i edit the menu a little.

please help me soon.

Hi There,

Can we do basic troubleshooting first? If you delete cached already, let’s try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Note to clear cache again after this. In case the issue persist, please try to remove custom JS code if you have one. Clear cache before trying again. If this doesn’t help, please give us, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hi there,

I went to your website and added a new Menu Item to your current menu. Then I purged the WPFC cache as you installed that and you should purge the cache each time you change something:

After that, I can see the menu item on the front end of the website.

it is not about this menu.

the right menu you can see under
/home

or
/aktivitaeten

if you klick trew it it is not everywere the same!

EXAMPLE 1 here the second level itemes already shouldend apear because i deletet them!

i cant tell you what is wrong with pro theme!
i only know that it is not working as it should!

on some pages it apears right on others not.

on this site

know it is all red in the menu? did you do that?
it seams like the new asignmend from the menu only appears after i saved the one page.

IT THEMES LIKE THE ACTUAL MENU IS ONLY ASSIGNED AFTER I SAFE A PAGE:
But I cant safe every single page after i added one new to menu.

Hi There,

The credentials you provided above does not work anymore, please check.

Please make sure that you set your custom header as Global so you’ll have the same header for all pages.

Hi There,

I mean login credentials (username & password), so we can take a look at your header configuration, because the login credentials you provided above did not work before? But now it’s working, did you activate it?

Anyways, I check all your pages and they all displaying the same header with the menu text color of #de8700 (darkgold) and white on hover. Which makes sense since that is the header configuration (01 APA Header . All Pages) you set as Global.

Did you already figure out the issue? If not, please clarify because it’s confusing.
