Pro theme - Elements - Center a line

Hello,

When I insert a horizontal line inside a column I can’t center it. I can change the width but it always starts from the left.

I have tried to change the position of the line with the margin option but this doesn’t show correctly on smaller screens.

How can I center a line just like other elements like text, buttons, images etc.?
