Hello,
I have a customer that is using either a chromebook or a smaller Mac. Her monitor pixel width is less than 1200px wide. When she is trying to update pages on her site built in the Pro theme, even when set to “1200PX & UP”, its not applying changes to this view. Is this a bug in PRO? Or is there something I can tell her besides needing to buy a larger monitor?

Are you referring to the device preview in the builder? Yes, it can only preview the device smaller than the current screen width. It’s not the same as the simulator, the builder device previews are only limited to the browser’s width. I recommend using the larger screen if you wish to utilize the larger screen preview.
The same reason it can’t be used on iPad devices as iPad can’t preview the larger desktop screen.
