Last year I hired you all to do some customization that was outside of the scope of support. It was a great experience and I was looking to do some more custom work for a client. When I tried to email the “pinnacle” address I had on file, my message was returned. Do you all still take on custom work like this? Who do I contact?

Unfortunately, we have stopped providing custom solutions. I would suggest you to post your requirement on Facebook group and I am sure you will get response there. I am sharing the link, but please note that the group is not backed, supported and sponsored by Themeco. It’s just a personal input I am sharing to help you get started. You can also post the requirement on freelance websites like Upwork for more response.
