Pro theme counter shortcode increment not working

i am using pro theme and i am trying to use counter shortcode. shortcode is woking. but increment not working. there in no other js error nothing… i have tried other shortcode that is working. like * Accordion

first i create a section using cornerstone after that add row/ column then select text area and put shortcode. it show the html but increment is not working.

i am using shortcode from here

This is a known issue for the latest version of the theme and it was already forwarded to our developers. Upon checking the updates, the issue was already been fixed by the upcoming release. Regretfully, we cannot provide any ETA. That being said, I highly suggest checking our status reports from time to time.
