Pro theme: Cornerstone loading endlessly

Hi,

on one of our sites using newest version of Pro we’ve got the problem that Cornerstone is loading endlessy when editing a page. I’ve already tried to switch to “mother theme” without child, overwriting the theme with a fresh download from your site and disabling ALL plugins. I’ve also set define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); and define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ ); in wp-config.php like it was mentioned in some thread. Nothing changed. Can you please have a look? I have checked your website and found the issue you described here. I would suggest you deactivate and delete Pro and reinstall it by downloading it from your Themeco Account and check if that issue exists or not. If that exists, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Completely deleting Pro and uploading it new seems to have solved the problem, thanks for the suggestion! At first I just had overwritten it on FTP with a fresh download, which seemed to not help.
