I can’t see any fade in out effects available in the Pro theme. I would like columns or elements (such as images) to have effects.
Where do I find and apply them?

That’s isn’t something that is currently a feature of Pro. It is on our roadmap however, and is something we see as a priority, so is likely to be part of a future release, but we do not have an eta at this stage. In the meantime, I’ll add your vote to our internal feature request tracker.
