Pro Theme Builder missing/hidden buttons

Hi there, I’m using pro, and on one of my installations has missing buttons/tabs, I don’t know what to call them, but I have a screenshot. I’ve deactivating, deleting, and downloading the theme again, and reinstalling it, and I still have the same issue, sooo help… Please…
