Pro theme: Bottom header cut off on mobile on load

Hello- on this staging site: https://www.staging13.kidsmagicworld.com.au/ on mobile view

I have a bottom header bar that appears cut off from the bottom- only when scrolling down a little does the full bar appear. so you can see the top of the bar- and the top half of the button but not the rest of the button until you scroll a tiny bit

on desktop the bar loads fine soits a bit annoying trying to troubleshoot

I have checked your website on my Android mobile device and also checked by resizing the browser window size, but I didn’t find the issue you described here. If you are still having this issue, please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, that will help us replicate the issue at our end.

it wont happen on desktop when you shrink the browser down but when you first load the page on mobile it doesn’t work

but then when you visit other pages they are fine- its only on first load of the site.

if you then refresh the page or reload the page it loads right

I realise you may not be able to duplicate this on your phone but I did pay for support just for this issue, and we can’t build websites just for the latest build of android- I can’t tell customers to upgrade their phones to view the site

heres a vimeo video of it- sorry don’t know how to screencast so I just recorded the the phone itself- its white to start with but you can see the video once the site loads

Although the recording is not so clear, I have tried it again on my Android mobile, but the issue does not appear. I would suggest you deactivate all the cache and minification plugins once and check if that helps you or not.

with the cache completly turned off including minification it still has the same error

yes the video is not great quality but its crystal clear whats happening with the buttons being cut off

We cannot replicate the issue on our mobile phone. It might be just specific on your phone browser. You can check the video I’ve made.
