Hi there, I have used Pro before but for some reason the Magazine template won’t load correctly. I installed Pro and Pro Child and have the Child theme active. However, once I import the theme, nothing loads and it looks weird. I can’t edit it and nothing shows up in cornerstone.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully we cannot do much with the given user credentials because it has very limited privileges. We would like you to change to to at least as an Administrator so that we can check your site settings. In the meantime, please go to Cornerstone > Theme Options and hit the "Save " button to update the them option settings.

The issue with your installation has somethin to do with the Siteground optimizer plugin. I went ahead and disable it for you and your website is now working properly. On the other hand, Optimization plugins like Siteground Optimizer often combine scripts and reorder them and the common cause of issues as some scripts should not be combined, minified nor re-ordered. That is the case with our products, you need to exclude everything from Pro from any kind of optimization. Don’t worry, our themes are optimized out of the box so they don’t need third-party optimization.
