Hello, I’m in need of support with an issue I’m having with one of your standard themes. I’ve upgraded to the PRO package and am not able to see my other support options. Can you please advise on what these are and where I can find them? Thanks.

According to your getting support documentation “Care, One, Elite, and Pro Hosted customers have additional support options available in their account dashboard.”
Please advise on how I can get real-time support.

Care, One, Elite, and Pro Hosted customers have additional support options available in their account dashboard.
This will only apply if you have subscribed to any of those packages. You just upgraded your X theme to the Pro theme which is not covered with the additional support. Both the X theme and the Pro theme will still get support through our Forum Support system.
