Pro - submenu links on mobile won't scroll to section ID

On the website homepage, there is a section with an ID attribute.
That ID is part of a menu link in the nav bar.
The scrolling effect to take you to the section when you click the link works great on desktop, but fails to scroll on mobile.

I’ve tried a half dozen different Javascript solutions around the forum, but none seem to fix it.
Also tried creating a separate menu for mobile with a unique ID, but no luck.

If anyone has experience fixing this for Pro it would be greatly appreciated.
