Pro stuck on loading screen?

All day when I click Pro>edit page, the page won’t load and gets stuck on the pro logo loading screen.

First, please check general requirements from this article. Make sure your site are using those Wordpress, PHP and MySQL version.

Your site settings can be found on admin PRO > STATUS

From that status page, please also make sure you do have enough memory. If you don’t have enough, check this guide on how to increase it.

If all those settings are good and the issue exists, possible cause might be a plugin conflict or custom code. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If this is not a plugin conflict, please do the same for any custom code you have added. Try to remove it and check again. Since you do have optimization and caching, please make sure to clear cache after every step before you check again.

It was down to the plugin - Autoptimize. I deactivated it and Pro is now loading correctly.
