Pro single license won't activate

Hello, I have a site I moved from production to dev and to work on it further. I see staging doesn’t work with single licenses and that is fine.

I now only have dev.domain and it seems it’s not letting me validate. It gives me success and then it says " Your license of Pro is not validated"

And is it possible I can have dev and production at same time? It’s a pro single license but restrictions states I can’t.

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

You can add Production and ** Development**, and you need to validate the license separately for those.
