Sections that is messed up consists of 4 headlines 4 content areas that are just simple html tables. I’ll post photos below, cannot give login info as per client’s request.

Thanks for posting a very detailed post information. This issue is happening because you have inserted an invalid html code in one of the content area. Please check your code and make sure that it is valid and correct. Any unclosed tag will messed up the live page bit time.
If you can provide the code you have inserted or maybe an access to your site so that we can pin point which was your mistake.
