Unsure whether this has been requested yet. Are we able to get a ‘text’ option (rather than just HTML) in the “Modal Content” section of the ‘Content Area Modal’ element?
Within the above Modal Content area, we can only input raw HTML. Text functionality would be super handy!
The actual updating of this HTML has been a little buggy as well (ie. the changes not transferring into Cornerstone, but when saved, it is actually changed on the front-end).

We certainly appreciate the feedback! We added this to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
The second point regarding the buggy behavior of the COntent Modal is already reported and will be considered to have a fix in the upcoming releases of the theme.
