I’ve tried installing the latest version and the previous stability version of the plug-in and they’ve both failed to install. What could be causing this? I have not unzipped the plug-in file, uploaded as-is from Themeco’s dashboard.

Please be advised that the Pro theme with the filename pro.zip is NOT a plugin. You should install this zip file in Appearance > Themes > Upload.
