and other pages have 404 error.
I copied this site from a template site that I use for projects. I did this just yesterday on a different installation with no issue.
That is why I believe it is an issue with my server but my hosting company is swearing up and down that nothing is wrong with the server.

Thanks for writing in! There seems to be a server configuration. Even your homepage is down or return a 404 should not NOT be the case.
It could be that your temporary URL is not viewable publicly. Please ask further assistance from your hosting provider.

There is an under construction plugin activated. You must login to the site to view anything. That is why I provided the login credentials.

The login page is also showing the 404 page, and it does not seem the error page coming from the Under Construction plugin. Please find the screenshot in a secure note.

you are right. that was not occurring last night. strange. my host must have screwed up our site even more. no sense in you looking at this as it is right now
I recreated the site so now if you login you can view the page.
I did changed the url slightly.
