Pro Page Builder Won't Load

Hi,

I transitioned our theme from X to PRO a while back and ever since I have had terrible issues. A lot of the content never transferred over to the PRO Builder from Cornerstone and so I am unable to properly edit the content in the new platform.

Additionally, now, the PRO builder is stuck in a loading screen no matter how I try to access it, for a page, headers, content, etc. none of them actually fully load.

The website is www.shekinahchurch.org. I have attached a secure note with the login details.

This is what I see no matter what I try to do - please help!

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Adam,

There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

I have tried this and I cannot even access the Theme Options for Pro - it won’t let me access anything behind the Pro loader.

I have uploaded my credentials already to the previous post in a Secure Note. Do you still need me to make a new thread?

Please advise, thanks!

Hi Adam,

The login credentials found in your previous post, you don’t need to create any separate post for it.

Thanks

Great, thanks for any help!

Hi Adam,

I have checked your website and found the issue you described, but once I cleared the cache it starts working. If you are still getting the same issue, please clear the cache once and check if that works for you.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I cleared the cache and it still loads forever. Is this an issue with my host?

Thanks,

Hello @VMC,

I am another staff, I checked your dashboard it seems the page builder is working fine at my end. It might be the browser’s cache issue at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again or it would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.

Thanks

Hi Team,

I don’t know what the problem is - but I still cannot access the Pro Builder, I’ve even moved the site to a new host!

I have tried private mode, different browsers, different computers, different locations - all the same, pro builder just spins. Please help!

Hello @VMC,

I checked your site it seems that it working fine. I have checked your site in the Google Chrome version 91.0.4472.164. It seems that it is working fine. Can you please let us know which browser you are using and the version of the browser?

Thanks

Hi!

I am using the exact same version of google chrome as you.

The issue persists!

I am so confused as to how this is even possible?

This is what I get in console when I try to open the Pro Builder

Any ideas?

Hello @VMC,

I can confirm that I can replicate the issue on my end as well. Can you please put your site in under construction mode and then disable all of the plugins so that we can check if a plugin is causing this or not. You may have already done that. If we can disable all the plugins first then maybe we can isolate what is causing this. You may also need to reinstall the Pro theme if possible. You can do that by manually updating the Pro theme. Check this out:

Thank you in advance.

It is done. Plugins disabled and under construction. I will also preform a manual reinstall of the PRO Theme.

Hello @VMC,

Are you still experiencing the issue? When I edited your homepage, I do not see any JS error and the homepage has successfully loaded in the Pro builder preview. Which page are you experiencing the issue?

Thanks.

Hi Team,

Yes, the issue persists. I have cleared cache, replaced the theme, moved hosts, disabled plugins, no CDN, etc. etc.

This is what I am still seeing in console.

Hello @VMC,

I would request you please share your FTP details in the secure note so that we can investigate your settings and debug properly.

Thanks

I have added it to my previous post - thank you!

Hi @VMC,

This is getting me confused because I have logged in and I can not replicate the issue already. I have waited for a few hours and test the pages again. Still, I can open the Theme Options, or edit most of the pages with no issues.

See the screenshots of what I have on my screen.

Can you please use Firefox or MS Edge browser while using the private browsing mode and test your site again?

Kindly let us know how it goes.
