Pro Options not loading

Hi,

I’m getting a continuous loading screen when I try to go to any pro menu.
I’ve deactivated the plugins one at a time but am still getting the issue.
What else could be causing it?

Thanks for writing in!

It looks like plugin conflict issue. When I opened the Pro Theme Options page I could replicate the problem you are facing. I then tried for plugin conflict test by deactivating all plugins and now Pro Theme Options panel is working fine.

Please try plugin conflict again by deactivating all third-party plugins. After that reactivate one plugin at a time to narrow down the plugin that’s causing is issue. To my understanding based on the error message that I could see in dev tools either SG Optimizer or Cloudflare plugins and Cloudflare cache could be causing issue.

I have reactivated all the plugins under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
