Pro on Multisite

Hi there,

I’ve decided to use Pro as the sole theme in a Multisite environment. I intend on purchasing the unlimited license once I’m trading.

However, I’m running into difficulties whilst setting up.

For some reason when I try to save a header in a subsite, it disappears. Also unable to import templates.

Any ideas why this would happen?

There might be some other reason behind it, even if you have already done a few steps, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue again to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If the above steps do not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

None of these things are effecting it. I have included a video and login details. Would very much appreciate if you could help me figure this out, I will purchase the unlimited license as soon as we’re in business.

Good day,

I have checked the site you are using on the youtube sample. When I tried to edit the header, there is no element there. So to check whether it will save. I created a new Header and put a navigation element. And it’s working correctly. here is the URL that I created https://test1234.clientarea.app/affiliates/

Yes thats because it disappears when you first try to edit it. Hence why it wasn’t there.

I will create a new test site at https://test123456.clientarea.app just now. Same login as before.

What plugin are you using in cloning the site into a new test site? You may need to check the only supported cloning or migration plugin in this documentation :
