Do I actually need to validate the Pro instance on each multisite … site? Or am I missing something in the setup?

You may need to validate the Pro theme on the main site. Updating the theme may be done manually.

I have the theme validated on the main site and I’m still receiving “This site is not validated - FIX” on the multisites. This is a multisite setup ie. mainsite.com/subsite1 scenario

I have created a multisite on my local testing server.
Validating the subsites should not be an issue. If you are having an issue, we would love to check your site settings. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
