Pro Off Canvas Cart Appears Empty

I have the Off Canvas cart only on this page right now testing it out. https://iowadistilling.com/club/

I’ve got items added to the cart, and they appear on cart page, but off canvas cart shows nothing but the title, “Your Items”.

Hi,

I can’t replicate this issue on my end.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks. I deactivated all plugins and still had the issue. As a work around, I used the social icon and change to cart and linked to the cart page in the pro header. I’m hoping the client will be fine with that, other wise i will have you to look into more.

Ok I added the secure note. Feel free to edit a header to try and get the off canvas cart working.

Hi there,

I just checked and the javascript responsible for cart display is not running or working. Could you try re-installing the theme? I did tests and without plugins and it still the same, perhaps the theme is corrupted or outdated files (not fully updated) which could happen.

Thanks Rad! I reinstalled the theme by downloading the latest version and replacing all files. I still have the same issue. I’m just going to continue to do the manual page referral and not use an off-canvas cart. It’s very weird though on why that javascript isn’t present.

Hey @MulderDSM,

Glad you’ve found another solution. It would be best though that you copy your site to a staging server and test there without third party plugins and with caching disabled.
