Pro not working on Multisite

Hi there,

I have installed pro on my multisite installation, and for some reason it’s not working on https://whitelabel.partytickets.com/

Am I doing something wrong? This is the main site and only site in the network using Pro.

Best Regards,
Kyle

Just a caching issue. All good now.

Hey,

We are glad that your problem was solved!

Hi there,

How do I use Pro on multisite subsites? I would like to use it on three different sub domain’s in my multisite network? All part of the same business, for e.g affiliates.partytickets.com etc.

Best Regards,
Kyle

Hi there,

You can activate your Pro theme on each of your subsite and that’s it

But you can only validate it on the main site (the root domain before you made it multi-site).

But you will need one license for each one unique project (projects unrelated to each other).

Thanks!

Hi,

I stand corrected, my Pro isn’t working: https://whitelabel.partytickets.com/

I’m getting a jumbled layout for some reason?

This is the main site and is validated. any ideas?

In fact, Pro doesn’t work properly on multisite and ConvertPlus doesn’t work with multisite, unfortunately. If you need to install an addon from ConvertPlus, doesn’t work also.

So who is right? Can i use pro on a multisite or not?

Best Regards,
Kyle

Hi @kylehill

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

All the best!

This is the issue I have with the Pro editor (see screenshot) - login details are in the secure note.

Hi Kyle,

I’ve taken a look, and it’s a conflict with your Hummingbird plugin. I disabled minification and it’s working fine now. The minification process was breaking the Pro javascript files. You may want to audit those settings to find the best combination that helps speed up your site without conflicts.

Hey @alexander

Thanks so much for your help.

Now I’m facing a different issue with the header.

See the attached screenshot.

I have disabled the Hummingbird plugin incase it was that.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

May I know the exact URL of that page? I typed it in and it displays 404 page, the nearest page I could find is the /entry/ page. But the header is displaying correctly. But in your screenshot, looks like the upper menu is outside the main layout container. Please provide a procedure on how we could reproduce that issue on your site.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I fixed it, it was a caching issue.

However, I’ve run into a new problem. Getting a 404 error when I try to open the Pro editor?

Have tried resaving the permalinks etc. but still not working. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Which page you’re getting the 404? I checked your pages and even the new page and they loads okay.

Thanks!

Hey Rad! I’m getting the 404 when going to https://partytickets.com/x

The Content Builder uses x as the default path so if you can’t use that as slug. Please try changing the path to something else and check again.
