Pro not working after site migration

I have cloned my wordpress site to a new server and all is well, except the header and footer I created with the Pro editor are not displaying.

When I click the header & footer links in the Wp Admin, using the Pro link in the sidebar, I get a 404 error.
I have added the new url into the license under the staging input. I intend to remove the original website from the server once it’s all tested, so I’ll only have one instance of the license.

Can you advise what the issue may be.
original site: eulogise.com.au
new site: eulogisememorials.com

There are some other CSS issues showing up, which seems like the new site can’t see some of the CSS I have added in the child theme’s css editor.

Thanks

Hi again, I checked the similar issue posted in this forum and followed your direction to that user, however that hasn’t solved my problem.

Can I give you my site’s details to check it?

Hi Ben,

I checked this on my end and I was able to load the Header and Footer builder of your site without issues:

Please clear your site and browser cache the check again.

Are you adding the css codes through the style.css file of the child theme? If so, please apply the suggestion here:

Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for the response.
The functions php update you suggested didn’t work. As this is not a browser cache issue. It’s a new server and I haven’t loaded this site in the browser before. And it’s the same result on other machines and browsers.

I see the footer and header editor now loads, but the front end is not displaying them, and the CSS in some other on-page elements is messed up.
If you look at eulogisememorials.com you’ll see the header and footer have no styling applied from the editor.

It seems most of the styles that are missing are related to edits made in the theme’s settings, like the Pro header & footer editor and the font styles that are defined in the theme, rather than in my child styles.css file.

Can you advise if the styling managed in those elements is a particular stylesheet? maybe something isn’t linking correctly.

I’m at a loss as to what else to look for. If you have any other thoughts I’d be most appreciative.
thanks

Hi Ben,

It looks like the styling has been restored now because I don’t see any difference of the new and the old site. Here’s a screenshot of what I can see in the new site.

But if the issue is still happening at your end, please send us a screenshot and what browser you are using so we can replicate and give you a solution.

Thanks!
