PRO not showing revolutio sliers

pro does not show the slides of revolution slider and I do not know what the reason is

Hi there,

Would you mind providing more information like where are you trying to have the slider displayed? Are you adding it in a section or in the Masthead settings?

For the meantime, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

never shows them,
I’m going to try disabling the pluggins

Thanks for trying the plugin conflict test. Could you send a link to a page where you would expect to see a revolution slider but aren’t? Let us know what part of the page it should appear as well. We can take a closer look at that to try to understand the problem better.

right now there is only one pluggin activated (revolutionslider)
and the problem continues
slides must be under de menu and
and below the section “Felicidades! Ya has encontrado tu Autoescuela en Barcelona”

Hi there,

Please try going to Revolution Slider > Global Settings then enable the option Include RevSlider libraries globally.

In case the issue persists, please provide us with your admin details in a Secure Note so that we can check this further.

Thank you.

the configuration is already as you comment, the problem persists, maybe I need more help

Hi there,

Upon further testing, I see the following error on your console log.

SyntaxError: unexpected token: keyword 'else'

Could you please try re-installing your revolution slider plugin and see if that helps. Make sure to take a backup your sliders (export sliders) and then re-import when you install the plugin.

Thanks!

Hi again, I have done what you told me and the problem persists. I have reinstalled the plugging from the PRO panel but it does not erase everything completely because I see that the slides are still there when I reinstall slider revolution.

Hey @dachman,

I tried a combination of settings but the slider still won’t show up.

I checked your custom JS and CSS and found that you have a JS code in your CSS. Though not related to this issue, please remove the JS code.

We would need to deactivate all your third party plugins and switch to the parent theme. If that could not be done in your live site, please copy your site to a staging server. Also give us FTP access whether live or staging.

Thanks.

hello,
I have disabled all the plugins except slider revolution. I have deleted the jss code that you tell me. I have changed to the main theme (PRO) and I have disabled the child-theme and nothing changes.

I want to remember that this error has come after an update and not because I modified anything. I say it in case the information could help.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, the issue seems to be on the slider itself and not on the Theme nor on Rev Slider plugin. See the same slides work on a new slider (http://www.autoescuela-en-barcelona.com/). I notice when I first check the page I saw the slider element is set to “practices” but you have no slider with that alias maybe that was intended as the slider “practicas” do you use a translation plugin before? I don’t see any translation plugin on your plugin list but maybe you’ve used before and it messes the slider’s alias when you removed it.

Thanks,
