Pro not loading with the latest versions of WP and Pro

Hi,

i have a problem editing contents with pro. Basically it nevear loads, showing the logo.
I took a look on the console panel of the browser. It’s surely not a matter of update, because I had this problem also with older versions. Today I’ve upgraded everything but the issue isn’t fixed.

I have checked your site and I found out that you are using Pro 3.1 RC 1. Please keep in mind that this is a release candidate and not a stable version yet. This is not an official update which we cannot give support. Our developers and beta testers and still doing their best to find any bugs, errors or conflicts that may occur. If you are running a live site, I would highly recommend that you revert the update by using Pro 3.0.4 instead.

I had the same problem with the older versions too, I think that’s something else that freezes the loading, but I really don’t know what

In that case, would you mind providing the username? It seems the only provided the password. I have tried different combinations based on already provided name but I can’t log in.

Thanks for writing in!

It seems that Better Wordpress Minify plugin is causing the issue. I have temporarily deactivated the plugin and I was able to edit with the Pro editor. Maybe the plugin is serving the old cache version of the JS and CSS scripts which is why it freezes. Always keep in mind that after doing the updates or site changes, you MUST clear all caches since you have installed BWM plugin so that the code from the latest update or site changes is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Tip: If you are still building your site and pages, please turn OFF any caching and minify plugins. They are best to turn ON when you are done building and ready to go live.
