Pro Not Loading - Wheel Spinning

Nothing in Pro is loading, the wheel just keeps spinning. I haven’t changed anything recently. I also made sure pro was updated.

Can you help me?

Hey Kathryn,

First, thank you for updating Pro. That is one of the steps in troubleshooting common issues. There are a few more and the usual cause of builder loading issues is caching.

Please kindly do the following tests also.

1 Testing For Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme
3. Increasing Php Memory Limit
4. Disabling Cache
5. Disabling Cdn
6. Permalinks

If everything in the list was already performed and none fixed the issue, please give us the following info in a Secure Note and we’ll investigate further.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • Page URL if the issue is happening on a specific page
