Pro menu not showing up in dashboard

I just upgraded to Pro, but the menu isn’t showing up in my Word Press Dashboard.

Hi Amber,

We will need to have an access to the WordPress Dashboard to follow up the case, but before that, I’d appreciate if you follow the steps below:

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard >Plugins and make sure there is no plugin called Cornerstone, if it does please deactivate and delete it.
  2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and make sure the Pro theme is set to the active theme and not the Pro Child Theme if you have such a theme.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
