I’ve just migrated from X to Pro. I followed all of the directions correctly.
I’m using a Child theme and I’ve download and installed to Pro child them that you provide.
I now have a Pro menu item in my WP sidebar. However, there are no menu options like “Launch” etc.
Please advise

Thank you for providing the login information. Your installation of the Wordpress is in multisite mode and you installed the theme as a network one. You need to install the theme on each site to be able to access it via that site.
