PRO menu not appearing on wp dashboard

So I tried the other solutions here about the PRO menu not appearing on the WP Dashboard and nothing seems to work. I tried de-activating ALL plugins but that didn’t do anything. I have purchased 3 PRO licenses and I’m having the same issue. I’m pretty sure I haven’t done something I was supposed to do, I just don’t know what.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and you’ve installed the X theme instead of Pro theme. Please install Pro theme to have the Pro menu in admin panel instead of X menu.
