I decided to give pro theme a go. After uploading the files and activating it, the menu looks like this:
Don’t think it should look like it. Did something go wrong?

It seems the Cornerstone plugin is activated while you’ve installed the Pro theme.
Please disable the Cornerstone plugin, it’s already built in with Pro theme so you don’t have to activate it anymore.
If it still doesn’t help, please provide us with your admin account so we can take a closer look.
