Pro-menu display problem

In my site the inline navigation shows up only in 1200px and up, how can I show it in 980px-1199 because there is enough room for inline. On the smaller screens I can not set properly the dropdown navigation it does not display any menu item, also I would like to change the color of the 3 blue dots.
I highly appreciate your support.

Inpect the element > Go to Customize tab > On HIDE DURING BREAKPOINTS >Deselect the next icon from the largest.

Inspect the Bar, set Control Scrolling to OFF

Inspect the Navigation Dropdown element, click Toggle > Change it on Graphic Toggle Tab > Type
