Pro Mega menu Top level Link Anchor ignored

I have a Mega menu off-canvas element for mobile view with multiple navigation collapsed elements added to a Pro menu. On one of the menus, the top item is a link to a page as well as contains a sub-menu. The top level link only activates the submenu, and doesn’t link to the page. Is this the intended behavior?

I have included a screenshot with the link circled. I will also include a link to view the menu live.

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your header and then in your Navigation Collapse element, select “Indicator” as your SubMenu Trigger.
