PRO Lower bar in header covers dropdown links

Hi, I’ve created header with top bar and second bar below for few pages, however when I click dropdown links from the top bar they show up below the bar that’s below and not above it and some of the links stay hidden, you can check it here http://nova.valentin.graphics/index.php/oxygen-facial/

How can I fix this?

You need to change the z-index value to be able to display submenu above second bar. I request you to please take a look at following thread and follow the steps mentioned in the same.
