Pro license showing for website, but I'm using X

Hello. I set up Pro for a site but converted it back to X, successfully. Here is the support note:

I recently updated my site and wanted to ensure I had the correct validation.
I am still using the X Theme for cynergycrossfit.com and dev.cynergycrossfit.com but Pro is listed as my license.

I’m not sure how it switched back to Pro, but it should be X. Does that need to be updated? My site is functioning fine, but I wanted to check.

The website will work fine without any issues. Looks like you have only rolled back the the theme files from Pro Theme to X Theme. In order to revert the licence from Pro Theme to X Theme, please create a new ticket for the same. To avoid any back and forth responses, please give references to this and the previous ticket link that’s shared in this ticket. After that we will forward it to concerned department.

Sorry for the confusion, we thought you’re requesting a rollback of the license. As for your question, I checked your two sites and they are still on X theme and not converted to Pro and I can confirm that on your site’s source code. Would you mind providing a screenshot displaying it’s a Pro theme?

But as @Prasant said, it should still work fine since it’s just the license is upgraded and not your site files.

Thanks for providing the information. Both sites were using X theme. Did you already validated this sites? If yes then you are all set. Regarding the Pro license in your APEX account, this would indicates that your X license which was purchased on Oct. 22, 2016 were converted into Pro theme last Aug. 25, 2018. Since payments has been made, both of the licenses stays in your account even if the site being assign is now back to using X theme.

Hope this explains the licenses briefly.
