Pro License not validating on Website

My pro licence was directed to the live website but this was the message I got ’ Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account’

I am not using the license on another website but only one website. I tried the steps highlighted in the documentation but the issue is still the same.

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check your backend settings properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Hi @Teeebest,

I have checked your Themeco Account and found that the HTTPS is not added with the URL in the Location. I have added it and tested the validation code and it worked perfectly. Now your website is validated.
