Pro License Not Validating Even When Revoked

I’ve been trying to validate my Pro license, but it’s not working. I took it off of a staging site and moved it onto the live site. I’ve installed at least a hundred sites with X and Pro theme licenses, but this is the first time I’ve been unable to.

Here are the solutions I’ve tried:

1. I’ve revoked the license on the staging site
2. I’ve removed the domain from the license key on Theme.co
3. I’ve disabled all plugins
4. I’ve cleared the browser’s cache

Any other ideas as to why I’m not able to add the license?

Since you are done doing the troubleshooting procedures. We need to check your website, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
