Pro Licence Validating Then Disappearing

Hi,

I am trying to validate a Pro Unlimited licence on a new website. Each time I try, it gives me the successful validation message and about 5 seconds later demands new validation. In my Themeco account I can see that the new website is added to the list, but at the website end everything remains locked.

I have even tried the SQL insert trick, but that also gets removed by the website after a screen refresh.

What can I do to validate the licence, please?

By the way, the issue could be aggressive caching of your site. If you encounter this issue again, please try clearing all caches first including browser cache.
