PRO issue: Images disapear!

I have developed the Site https://www.handball-camp.de on my develope-space (https://www.pixelwerft-webdesign.de/hbc_dev) The website is live since a few months on it´s own space (same server). The Dev-Space is deleted.

When i open a page via EDIT PAGE the image links point back again to the develope-Space:

When i save it, the pictures are gone, cause the image-link is the old (deleted) version. I have used “search and replace”, but nothing found. Cornerstone is acting strange…
Example page: https://www.handball-camp.de/youngstar/
How can i solve this?

Best regards,
Cy.

ps. done:

  • new htaccess,
  • reset permalinks
  • newest PRO version
  • change Theme and back to PRO
  • using “search and replace”
  • delete unused database garbage.
  • direct search for “pixelwerft-webdesign” in Database

Hi Cy,

How are you doing the search and replace?

Please try using this third party plugin.

Make sure to create full backup of your site before doing the search and replace.

Thanks

Hi,
thanks for the fast response.
Done with no effect…

Hi there,

How did you migrate your site to live URL? The problem could be in the migration process and it’s not complete. The URL replacement should be done after the migration, right away. And the fact that you still see the old URLs, then the migration is not really fully done. What made it worst is when you edit while the URLs are not yet replaced, it could cause the issues.

Do you have a backup of your deleted staging? Maybe you could repeat the migration process, this time with All in one migration plugin (it will automatically fix the internal URLs).

Thanks.

Hi,
it´s not possible to use the old instance, cause the website has been developed more since the migration.

Hi there,

In that case, you may need to manually re-add your images with the proper URL. And please provide your site’s admin login credentials in a secure note, I just like to try out the issue you’re getting. But as per checking in your provided URLs, there are no images pointing to the old one.

Thanks!
