Pro Hosted Site Not Loading

Hi there,

I was provided the login to my Pro Hosted site, but when trying to load the site the connection keeps timing out. My network doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Please advise.

One cause of that is incorrect domain forwarding. Have you already set the assigned IP address in your domain service or registrar? If not, please follow the instruction here https://theme.co/docs/how-to-forward-your-domain
