I have been having issues with my parallax background image shaking on my homepage. I cleared the cache and deactivated the Smooth scroll plugin, still shaking as I scroll down. Please check:
Hey @sparshik,
I’m on Windows and 2 of my colleague’s on a Mac and we did not experience the issue you described. Would you mind providing us a screen recording and details of your operating system and the browser you’re using? Also ensure you’re up to date version of your OS, browsers and drivers especially the graphics driver.
Thanks.
Hey,
Thanks for the reply, I will be experiencing this issue in Mobile devices, Both in android and iPhone devices.
Attached the screenshot of the video for reference
Hi sparshik,
The video screencast is very small, I’m not sure if I can see anything abnormal here. However, I captured a screencast from my android device and I can tell it’s working fine at my end, please take a look:
May I know which device are you using and which android version? did you try using different browsers?
Thanks.
Hi Alaa,
We tried various devices, it seems the problem is with only touch-based navigation. In you video also i see minor jerk around 3-4 sec in the video but this is more prominent on our android phone and on client iphone.
Every time when we move up and down there is a sudden jerk when parallax enters or leave the screen. It is working fine with the mouse. Will try to create better video and share a link.
Thanks,
Navendu
Hi Alaa,
Please find the Video Link,You can see the minor jerk in the video after 9-10 sec.

Hi,
I can see the shaking but I can’t seem to replicate this on my test sites.
Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes!
