Pro Headers on WP Engine hosting not working

Hi! I just created a new WP instance on a staging site : https://wilberforce21.wpengine.com/ and whenever I go to the header area, it gives me the following URL: (https://wilberforce21.wpengine.com/?cs-launch=1&cs_route=headers) rather than the normal (https://wilberforce21.wpengine.com/headers/). I reached out to WP engine and they didn’t have a way to help and said I should reach out to you guys to see what may be the issue. Would y’all take a look?

another interesting factor:
When I migrate an existing WP Site that has Pro already installed to this developement, it works fine and I have no issues.

Hey @suzannereid,

You’re currently using the Plain permalink. Please use pretty permalinks. The most used setup is the Post Name.
