I’m using the Pro Header builder and I inserted a Headline Element. It looks fine on desktop screen but as the screen shrinks down, it doesn’t resize properly.

With this kind of setup, I recommend having multiple logo bars (logo bar for each device). What you did is added a very big text that almost only good in desktop, hence, when viewed in mobile it will look like that. The text is even bigger in the mobile width.
With multiple logo bars, you can go to customize section while inspecting it, and hide each bar for some devices by toggling Hide During Breakpoints option.
Example, the mobile logo bar should be hidden for desktop and tablet. And the desktop logo bar should be hidden from mobile and tablet, and so on.
And on each logo bar, you can change your logo’s text and make them smaller to accommodate smaller devices. And you may want to change your smaller logo bar’s flex layout to Column and toggle on Wrap children, and last make the direction to Start and End. This is to make the text breaks on smaller devices and prevent clipping.
